Cellar 1857, Bar Restaurant

Cellar 1857, named for the year of the house’s construction, is the wine bar and restaurant of the luxurious 5 star boutique hotel Castro Hotel in Ermoupolis Syros. Set beneath the arches of the original stone vault gives you at once the feeling of being inside a cellar.

Pafos S.A. has undertaken the construction of the bar and the backwall behind, combining materias together, such as wood, glass, mirrors and metal.
